Skills

Communication Skills

· I have further developed my communication skills through working closely with various departments internally and externally.

· I have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. I am aware of the need to communicate with individuals in different ways to ensure that their needs are met, whether this is communicating with children, the disabled or the elderly.

· I was elected the room prefect of my hostel while at high school for 2 years this gave me the ability to improve my leadership and confidence, which I really enjoyed.

Team Working

· Having worked very closely in a team of spec techs, I am aware of the importance of teamwork. This entails listening, showing respect and Co-operating to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.

· I have a flexible attitude to my work and am prepared to switch tasks as suits the demands of the team.

IT Skills

· I have excellent analytical skills using excel. I developed these skills when I did data analysis as one of my modules.

· I have further developed my skills using the micros system for the big chain supermarkets: JS Inspire, Morrison Enterprise, Co-op Core and Technical Library.
